Terms of Service for Customized Cell-Based Plans

Welcome to “Customized Cell-Based Plans” (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your access to and use of the Site and by accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Subject to these TOS, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the Site or its content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall “Customized Cell-Based Plans”, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
